Cheonggukjang is soybean paste that has been fermented for a couple of days. clueless: Maangchi, one question.
I don't have a heated floor either, and I don't have the thing that you used to maintain that warm.
Can I use that yogurt machine? I'd put the bamboo thing in the yogurt machine. Do you think its a good idea?

Thank you for sharing. I'm learning so much from you. I am thinking of making doenjang, but this takes a much shorter time. When do you use doenjang instead of cheongukjang? I suppose doenjang is tastier?

For how long can we store this Maangchi?
Also, do we also need the heated mat when we are making this in summers. It's really hot here in India
