In the UK, we call it ramson or wild garlic. Every spring, I go out and pick several bunches over a few weeks. I use it in salads (it's especially good drizzled with a bit of extra virgin olive oil, soups, cheese, or just added to peanut butter sandwiches.

Ramps grow where I live and are very popular. We even have a festival just for them and everyone makes lots of different tasty dishes.
I grew up mainly eating them mixed in scrambled eggs though.
I need to try these pancakes next time I find some. :)

Maangchi, I really love your Korean recipes. They are so comprehensive and I used them to make my favorite Korean dishes when living back in Canada and Japan. Are there any Korean fusion dishes that you have made other than kimchi hot dog?

This recipe is the best thing that I have had in a long time. At first I thought that I did it wrong because it wouldn't flip, but it was so good! I never knew that chicken broth would taste so delicious.

I think instead of putting the whole ramp leaves and broccoli flowers. u can chop it up, and mix with the batter, then fry.
