Still better than Gordon explanation. Gordon is good but cooks too quickly and does not show and explain in detail. Jamie is sooo gentle and take his time to explain us well and his food is much more delicious and easy to cook.

My biggest take away is your wonderful treatment of your assistants/staff. I like how you speak respectfully to them. I see a lot of chefs who just scream and curse. You and your joy is refreshing

What I like about Jamie is that everything is simple few ingredients but the right ones for the job nothing is complicated or overloaded with what you don't need.

I ate at Jamie's Italian, (in Glasgow, while there in service with the Canadian Armed Forces in 2015 and while good, this looks utterly amazing!
