I never seen a celebrity that I held hostile feelings towards and then did a 180 degree turn where I admire and love to meet this person. Gordon Ramsay is one of those people. If I would have seen Gordon Ramsay when I was younger he probably would have inspired me to become a chef. I'm 56 years old and I love cooking. The problem is I'm just one person by myself don't have a lot of company where I can show off my love and respect for cooking which is growing on a daily basis. I love Asian inspired dishes/ recipes. I guarantee you this omelet would have been that much better with some red Thai chili sauce for dipping.

For those of you saying he seasoned the eggs right after saying no seasoning. That was pepper, by seasoning he exclusively means salt because salt will turn the eggs gray if you add it before its cooked. This was all covered in his master class on eggs.

Looks delicious, but no salt? I didnt see any salt in there but maybe you put some or other ingredients had that salty taste
