I like that there was a trans woman shown on the show but I was a little bit disappointed that there wasnt more of an explanation of what the trans community is in Thailand, but then again, it is a COOKING show after all. He found a tasteful way to confirm his suspicions about her though by asking if he would be the only man cooking with them.
