Great job guys. You guys are pros. Quick question: can we use Nido instead of khoya? Make a thick paste with Nido and water or milk then fry that? Or if you know of another substitute pls let me know. TIA.

for best result u should try with boneless meat not mince cuz I had tried with mince and that was not as yammy as with bonless mearim talking about kabab
