Hi Emma, your chocolate brownies came out so fabulous, your toothpick test made my life by saving my brownies from overbaking for d rest of my life, cuz I always looking for a clean toothpick while baking brownies- But anyways, I'm so happy that you've helped me correct my mistake! And, I am definitely, definitely, definitely gonna try these brownies ASAP(I'll have to go nd buy a big jar of nutella cuz I finished mine by snacking on it--) -Have a gr8 weekend -

I made these a few days ago. The cooking time was much longer for me (15-20 minutes longer) but I was using a convection oven, so not sure if that was why. When they came out, the texture was incredibly fudgy and the taste was wonderful. Unfortunately, they were very oily. I saw that Nutella in the US uses palm oil instead of vegetable oil, so I'm not sure if that's why.

Your Nutella Brownies looks fantastic, it might be very delicious as wll. I'll try it because it is very easy for someone to make it. How many centimeters is your baking pan Emma? You told us that we bake it at 160 degrees for 18 minutes, is it right? Thank you very much for this lovely recipe.

I'm 18 and I live with my grandma and my mum (moving out soon) I thought id make these as a treat because right now we are having some rather difficult times, and let's just say, they were gone in about 20 mins. They loved them and it put a smile on their faces. Thank you so much! Defo subscribing! xx

i loved this recipe and would love to do it often but unfortunately it does not fit in my diet. If i could reduce the sugars by the half, it would help a lot. If i decrease the nutella by half, how much cacao or other ingredients would i need to increase to keep the moist and taste? Thank you.

I like the center, but I like brownies at the hintful (not overpowering) texture of a gooey cake rather than gooeiness of your second chocolate chip cookie recipe, if that makes sense. I basically like brownies when they have an equal balance of firm and soft. What's your thinking on this?

These look so delicious, I'm totally making these. Question though. why bang the pan before you bake? I've seen people do it halfway through cooking brownies too. Is it just to get out the air bubbles, or is it to help the batter become more fudgy?

Hi EMMA, -It only seems fitting you made these on the fly, everything you make is so good! These look very yummy. I like the chewy edge but the whole brownie is great with ice cream. I was thinking you should make Nutella pudding---
