Easy 1 minute Brownies Recipe! Microwave Fudge Brownie that tastes amazing! 1 Minute Brownies recipe ( Microwave Brownie): - 20 g (1 tbsp) Butter - 30 g ( 1 ounce )Dark Chocolate 70% Cocoa ( Please use GOOD quality chocolate, DON'T use chocolate chips as they contain sugar. - 30 g ( 2 tbsp) Sugar - 20 g ( 1 tbsp) Room temp Milk ( Don't use cold milk ) - 45 g ( 4 tbsp) All purpose flour - Pinch of Salt - Chocolate Chunks The container I used is 10x10 cm( 4x4 inch). You can also use a wide mug or tea cup. PLEASE READ: Every microwave is different. The cook time in your microwave could be anywhere between 1 minute and 1 minute and 15 seconds. Check the brownie after 1 minute. DO NOT over bake. Once it comes out of the oven you have 2 options: You can either enjoy it right away with a spoon or allow the brownie to cool 15-20 minutes to allow it to set. Please be precise and use the exact amounts in the recipe

I bought a square Pullman tin online and as usual, forgot to check dimensions. It s this teeny little toy-sized thing, so I couldn t figure out what to do with it. Now I think I ll try Emma s brownie, but in the oven in my mini pan and see what happens!
