I hate how this guy explains what he's tasting. I don't understand half the shit that spews out of his mouth. At 4: 25 for example he said, Wow, it's interesting the age on this. It's almost like Chicken Liver, it's got that kind of Minerality to it. As if 3/4 of the video audience would understand what the taste and texture of Chicken Liver is like and Minerality is a term wine tasters loosely use, so you know it's utter shit.

I won't eat veal. One time I saw a whole truckload of calves headed to slaughter and they looked so terrified and confused. It was like you could see the fear and apprehension in their eyes. Really got to me. Just seemed so barbaric and cruel thinking about the fate of all those little baby calves. I guess I am a big hypocrite because I consume dairy products and steaks.

I can see this guy ordering in a drive true; 'Your chicken nuggets sir, are those dry aged? '- 'Uh yeah, they sure are aged. ''Excellent! I am craving some deep taste tongue caressing minerality'- 'So that's a no sauce order? Drive over to window 2 please'

I really hate the taste of blue cheese to me it just taste like rotten food, but I want to try dry aged meat. I see someone says that that funky taste is like Parmesan cheese (which I absolutely love) would I like dry aged beef?

He should visit that nigga from spain who raises 10+ year old cows and serves them as meat. I saw it in a documentary where he sells a 14 year old bull and the director said the meat is one of the best he's ever tasted.

Seems very good! But I wonder when you guys from Eater are going to do some piece about Akita Beef, the korean version of super marbled beef, which some call it better than Wagyu. Really curious about your opinion.

veal sucks. just my opinion, ethics aside every cut is basically just a different shaped fillet mignon, a cut i would never order. it's overpriced and flavorless. i'm with nick in that the ribeye/prime rib is the best.

Awwww happy birthday Nick! I love your show man, really it had grown into one of my favorite eater series, and you almost make me want to start eating red meat again. The nice part is that you rest all of it for us lol.

Love steak but baby cows taken away from their moms and put in stocks where they can't move around for the sake of meat tenderness makes me draw the line on ethical treatment of baby animals on my dinner plate.

I'd love to see Nick do a video on pork - there's a few interesting videos floating around showing pork dishes being cooked and the meat is medium rare. I think Nick would have an interesting view on this.
