I had one of them butternut Squash once. I mostly looked at it though, as I'm from the UK.
Had a rough idea to use it as a snowman's nose, but it just rained that winter.

I don't like squash or risotto and wine gives me a headache but I like Hilah. Great recipe, I made it my own and it turned out to be pizza! keep them coming =-)
