Nice one. I make meatloaf in the same type of trey used for bread. Aside from onions, maybe bell peppers and some herbs, I boil 2-3 eggs, then I remove the shells, grease the bottom of the trey with some cooking oil and add a layer of meat mixture, then the eggs and cover them with the rest of the meat. It's usually for lunch, but occasionally we have it for breakfast too. If the meat is too lean, I add some fat, and if it's too greasy, I take it out from time to time to drain the excess.

I absolutely love watching your videos and i have tried some of your recipes. Thank you for existing: ) you always make me smile (and so do your recipes) (and your dogs): D BTW I'm from Texas too, although I don't live there anymore: ( I miss Texas. If I still lived in Texas maybe I could've had the pleasure of meeting you and your dogs (this comment has gotten really long and awkward) ILY: D

I love how on one hand you have a devilish and awesomely sarcastic sense of humor and yet, you have a HUGE knowledge about food and cooking. It's nice to see more of these chefs who are not so professional and stiff. You're funny, lovable and your humor is something I like; ) Oh, and your dishes are delicious and unique.

Kitchen gnats! They get me no matter how clean I keep the sink. I've been offered all the suggestions about vinegar, onion, peroxide, etc - they don't work. I've found only a few glugs of bleach down the drain, and then seal off the openings (trying to avoid the word -holes-) for a couple of days does the trick.

you know that would be AWESOME for camping! Just have a 2 day backcountry trip planned next week and this would be a great option. I just made your turkey burger and got some meat left over, I might just use that to experiment with my smaller pots & stove. You're the best!

I like this recipe! I usually put inside cooked ham, provola and champignon mushrooms, or spinach and ricotta, or mashed potatoes, but I've never thought about put vegetables like carrots and bell peppers in the meat mixture! That A great Idea! Thanks!
