Please keep pseudoscience out of your videos. Calling things superfoods is baseless and misleading. People want to know about how ingredients contribute culinarily - leave the medical benefits to the medical professionals.

can i ask why you boiled the crab alive instead of killing it before you boil it? just thought it was more humane to kill it before hand. and would have loved a demonstration of it.
