This week, we christen in the new BwB kitchen with the third part in an epic Parks and Rec trilogy: the Meat Tornado. After consulting with a doctor of nutrition to ensure that our creation could be potentially lethal, we set out to make a 2-pound burrito stuffed with carne asada, carnitas, tinga de pollo, and the inappropriately spicy Last Dab XXX

Well spice can kill someone if u eat enough, SO PEOPLE DO NOT TRY TO MAKE THIS FOR A KID, depending on your weight depends on how much spice it will take to kill u! THIS I AM POSITIVE WILL KILL A KID. Infact figure out how much capcasine it will take to kill u before u make this, it will be a life saver most likely. Many spicy food challenges u have to sign a lawer drawn up paper to partake, sense any amount of spice can kill someone in the world. So the hottest pepper just one could kill someone! So please do research for how much capsaicin u can eat. And do the research for your kids to! And do not over eat, u can legit have your stumik rupture from over eating! Look it up if u do not believe me.

When you get towards the end, then realize the dude is putting loads of that super hot, hot sauce from Hot Ones on the burrito:
Umm, should anybody tell him about the spicy factor, nope just goes straight for it, well, it's his funeral.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making this new kitchen, and my new home, a reality. I m so excited to give y all a tour, both of this studio, and Studio B we ve built downstairs for some new shows with new people!

I think half the meals you make on your show would make a nutrition specialist balk. I appreciate calling one to try work out a lethal quantity of meat though.
Love your work, keep it up!

Marinade in zip lock bags. Let's you remove air and keep more of the meat in contact with the marinade. That's a truly Basic move that Babish should know.

We're just going to ignore the fact that the nutritionist said Cochina Coronary, instead of Cocina? The man called it a nasty coronary lmao.

How many more apartments is he going to move into? It seems like he just recently moved into the other place. Now he's moved to this place.

Actually, cafe is the same word in Spanish as it is in English. Both are contractions for cafeteria. So it would be cafe coronaria in Spanish.

Why put cilantro on things? Use flat leaf parsley instead. No one can tell the difference, except those of us who despise the devil's lettuce.

I lost it at slathered with the Last Dab. Legit loling mostly because there's an unopened bottle in my pantry that I'm too chicken to try
