It clearly says in the instructions to test it on your hand. It also says you have to keep it moving so it does not suck the skin in one place. (Keeping it in one place can cause bruising and it will work like someone giving a hickey. Lol)
I was looking up videos to see people do it in action because I am not sure on a couple of things. Funny how I actually know more about it that I think. But thanks for the pretrial and error for me. I am sure I am going to do something wrong also. lol

I have gotten them extracted professionally before and my skin was almost always irritated at first. I even got a broken capillary. I think because it was not done properly and the esthetician thought it was a blackhead. It was a capillary head. Alot of the comments here are spot on. I just ordered this and I think I can be alot more gentle than the esthetician who did my face. Be extra careful around your nose guys.

my son just got this, and i think he's using it wrong, not sure if you're suppposed to use it directly on the pimples? Does using this open the pores for all other pimples so that it works? IDK
