I am so excited to share this video all about prenatal nutrition with you! My friend and dietician Marissa breaks down all of her best dietary advice, nutrition tips and tricks, foods to help you get through the first trimester and more! I was so nauseous in my first trimester and honestly felt so anxious trying to figure out how to to get great nutrition in when I was feeling so ill! Anyone else feel the same? We get into all of that! Are any of you pregnant or trying to get pregnant right now? What kind of foods are you gravitating gravitating towards during this time?

Hi Emily! Thanks for the vid. If i can id like to tell you that your close to meeting your baby!!! Congratulations!!! Its a feet getting this far and you-ve done it!!! Also i want to tell you that now TODAY to prepare for the pregnancy. A lot of people don-t talk about it because i dunno its gross or whatever but nows the time to really watch what you eat! I personally found that i should have been cleaning out my insides. As in cutting out breads and pastas things that bloat and sit in your stomach.. eating lots of prunes and things that help go to the toilet. Because really you might not be able to toilet right for a couple of days after the birth.. sue me to anyone who denies this! We-ve All been there ! Xx

- you start for recognizing you are an individual person so what works for one does not work for all depending on your diet what you're eating especially what you ate before pregnancy because that tells us what your nutrient stores are like and what you're able to stomach in that first trimester, your needs are really going to VARY- You are so cute!! thank you for sharing:) that was very helpful-

Thank you for an informative video Emily and Marissa!! I would love to see a list of Marissa's recommended dry cereals and vitamins she talked about (especially the prenatal vitamins with the recommended levels of nutrients and the omega 3 vitamins)! It's hard to know which ones are the best quality :)

My dad works in agriculture and he told me theres not too much difference in conventional vs organic, they use different pesticides but the soil gets cross contaminated because they usually grow organic in farms that also grows conventional, there are just some things out of our control

18:00 Vegan is the way to go... Who cares about heart attacking cancer causing and arterie clogging saturated fat, cholesterol, estrogens, mercury and so on? Animal products are destructive to the human body. She clearly doesn't know what she is talking about.
