One of the best ways to keep your skin healthy is to actually protect it from the sun. So you should definitely do the following if you-re serious-
Use sunscreen as much as possible when you-re out in the sun - maybe, every 2-3 hours. And if you-re going for a swim, perhaps more often.
And try staying in the shade if you can, especially around 10am to 4pm, that-s when the sun does the most damage to your skin.
And finally, wear clothes that will protect you from the sun, and of course - don-t forget to wear shades! Because your future just might get a bit too bright, if you start using these tips.
Anyway, that-s my two cents.

Quality white sneakers are so much easier to clean than cheap. I wore my Beckett Simonon whites and got caught in some mud. Later that day, wiped them clean with very little effort.
