I've signed up to participate in a Mentoring program for women in Engineering and IT at my university, and am nervously waiting to find out who my mentor is in the next couple of days! So this felt like a fascinating sneak peak - almost like it was preparing me to be able to make the most of the opportunity. Because as much as I'm terrified about being pushed out of my comfort zone (continually! by the sounds of it) I'm also sick of feeling stuck and blocked and like I don't know how to make things happen or set out on my path properly, so the idea of making leaps ahead AND healing all these old wounds from the past that have been keeping me feeling stuck? Beautiful!

A bad mentor pushes me and shames me for not jumping in where I have NOOOO confidence to speak of for even the next moment. This is reinforcing trauma! A good mentor introduces me with love and motivation in such a way that the old blocks from the past have to surface and be resolved for me, without pushing in the old sense, but putting pressure on me to want to live again. I get a taste so I have the strength to push through using my own will this time. This has been my main issue since the age of 10. THANKS WF! Healing misconception about what I can and can not do is what I have been waiting for my entire life!

If you don't mind, I love those nails! I like them short and business like and yet still deeply feminine. This may be me knowing more about what I like and how it inspires me to be more of who I am inside. That color exudes confidence, but like I said very feminine. Thanks for all the things you do that are inspiring as I am coming out of a deep sleep of trauma and am looking for who to be and what is me.
