Simone & Brian are undeterred by Tara's naysaying. So they've gone back to the Mindshow drawing board and are ready to make and break a beautiful, romantic film

Another masterpiece! Simone, I'm continually impressed by your ability to construct narratives of surprising depth and emotional resonance around literally any ridiculous nonsense handed to you. It's actually really creatively inspiring for me! I want to hone my storytelling skills like you clearly have, and watching a series like this that's so wacky and earnest and fun makes me a little less scared to just get over myself and Make Something even if its not as perfect as I want it to be. Thanks for making this video--I hope there are more of them coming soon!

I loved the chemistry between the two leads, but all the dancing made me think about how dance movies always have a love story as the main focus. I think it's a bit cliche and honestly pedestrian to play to tropes like that and would love to see a Gilbert & de Rochefort production that eschews these standards and focuses on two leads who achieve a very fulfilling, platonic friendship, through dance. Also I just wanna see more Brian and Simone dancing as weird 3d models so please make a dance movie.

90% of Juilliard's students have dropped out to pursue a better education from watching De Rochefort and Gilbert at work.
Juilliard announces that they will be increasing tuition next semester by 1, 000% in order to make up for the sudden drop in enrollment.

oh my goooood
while i was watching this i continually laughed so loud and so hard i a) choked on my own spit several times and b) am genuinely worried my neighbours are gonna call the cops because they think im getting murdered

Every time I think Polygon can't improve on the perfection they've already given us, they prove me wrong!
This definitely fills the hole in my heart that Video Game Theatre created when that first series finished

It seems like this story actually reveals what happened in the aftermath of Bambi 2. Only true Gilbert De Rochefort fans know that every movie directed by them contains a small continuity nod to their previous work.

I am literally so in love with this series, and glad it's become that - a series.
When is there going to be an episode where Brian shows off his figure skating moves? Though the bartender dance was close.

-we shouldnt resolve them [daddy issues] because they dont actually resolve in real life either- wow thats the realist shit ive heard in awhile inbetween laughs

Polygon isn't even a workspace. It's just Tara and her disaster children two of which are now throwing a tantrum after she didn't like their scribbled drawing.

I hope this beautiful partnership never dies and one day I'll be browsing HMV and find a box set of De Rochefort and Gilbert cinematic masterpieces

Yes! Thank you so much for making this a series, you two are hilarious and the editing is glorious! Love it, can-t wait for more!

Tara should join you some time, so she can learn at least the basics of THE CRAFT (not the 1996 movie, although why not)

I was taking a sip of my drink when -powerful thighs- happened, and, let me tell you, it was almost a disaster.

I think Simone laughed the hardest that a human being can laugh in this episode. Ten out of five stars.
