Oh GOSH, I miss Iwata. He made E3 and the Nintendo Directs so entertaining and funny. So many things seemed to go downhill when he passed away. I rarely even saw Miyamoto or Reggie etc. after that. I loved his personality and charm. The fact that he was also a gamer felt like he was truly in sync with everyone and had so much more passion than most. When Miyamoto passes away, it'll REALLY feel like I've stepped into an alternate dimension. One I want no part of. I hope that won't be for a very long time.

RIP Iwata. Thank you for everything that you have done. From Kirby, Earthbound, Ballon Fight, Pokemon Gold/Silver, and do much more you have changed gaming. I have never meet you but from all the directs you seemed like such a nice, funny, and respecting person. Thanks for everything. You will go -directly- to heaven. I will miss you.

If there-s one thing iwata knew best of all is how to have fun now regardless of Nintendo being very successful with the switch and games like smash bros breath of the wild the new animal crossing I believe that it was thanks to iwata that Nintendo had learned to keep bringing joy to us all

I know he will never read this, but thank you iwata. You helped with games like Kirby, which then became a cartoon. A childhood fave. Iwata helped me through depression with these miraculous inventions.

Despite Iwata only being the president of Nintendo in Japan, he went out of his way to learn English and actually speak to his american audience (since English is the most common language)
