As Always the best Wicked coverage is by Ms. Mojo: Thank Goodness! (pun intended) Would love to see the new score and new soundtrack with additional songs. When Elphie steps out of the wardrobe at the Thropp Estate, she mutters a familiar line. I am expecting the love scene between Fiyero and Elphaba, As Long As Your Mine, to be expanded and exemplified when she says, for the first time I feel Wicked!

My biggest gripe with the musical was it felt the Animal’s rights plot line was cast aside
And we didn’t get a satisfactory ending or even middle since that is essentially Elphaba’s origin story
I hope if they add elements of The Wizard of Oz then they’ll be able to bring it full circle with The Cowardly Lion becoming King of the Forest a true triumph

i would love it if in the very end when Glinda is done telling the people of Oz her story about Elphaba, they have a change of heart and realize that she wasn't a bad person and feel bad about everything they did to her. I can't remember if that happens in the musical, i don't think so, but i really want it to happen in the film.

If Chu wants people to watch both parts in succession, maybe there will be a special re-showing of Part 1 in the weeks leading up to For Good
