My favorite Mickey cartoons are easily The Sorcerer's Apprentice, Get a Horse, Thru the Mirror, The Band Concert, Lend a Paw, and Pluto's Judgement Day, just to name a few.
My fondest childhood memories of Mickey Mouse was repeated Christmas viewings of Mickey's Once (and Twice) Upon a Christmas and reruns of House of Mouse.
I love Mickey's 30's style, he's a lot more flexible and more expressive compared to his older design, which can lead to some fantastic displays of emotion and smooth animation.
I do enjoy his modern design, it's neat and all, but 30's Mickey has a place in my heart and will always remain my favorite Mickey
Disney should add a statue of micky and Oswald and wald Disney in Hollywood studios and California Adventure.

The Paul Rudish shorts have the most unhinged Mickey moments! I love Mickey's story in The Scariest Story Ever (you talked about it earlier in the video) where his first attempt at telling a scary story was a parody of Frankenstein, and when they brought him to life (him being Mickey in this case, he was like GOLLY! I'M ALIVE! AND I'M LOVING IT! and then it leads to this short musical number trying to give an 80s disco vibe. I tend to quote that one often. That was such an unhinged moment.

The Paul Rudish version of Mickey and his friends sucks and is overrated. His designs made them look so ugly and unappealing that it would definitely make Walt Disney sick. The shorts are nothing but an insult and disgrace to the Mickey & Friends IP. If you think otherwise, then you're not a TRUE Disney fan (or a Mickey & Friends one for that matter) and lack a good sense of quality (or don't even have one at all.

My favorite hilarious moment of Mickey is his scariest story, and of course being Disney, I'm surprised that they did it and showed something so dark jojojo, Mickey with his scariest story traumatized the kids and Goofy and Donald made me laugh so hard

Mickey in the 1920s and 2010s is more mischievous than SpongeBob and just as mischievous as Bugs Bunny
Maybe even more than Bugs sonce Bugs often acts mischievous out of defense and survival

What about in Mickey’s Mellerdrammer, where he performs in blackface Even though the practice was pretty common back then, it sure can be unsettling to audiences nowadays.

Yo! I watch Steam Boat Willie last year for the first time and was so shocked at the animal cruelty. I was expecting it to be cute but it was unsettling

Am I the only one who doesn't like the new 2013-present short films The designs are blaugh and everyone is honestly just a generic stereotype now
reply

It's pretty wild how much animal abuse Mickey committed in Steamboat Willie. Suddenly those horror movies coming up don't seem so farfetched.

First things first, we know that Mickey Mouse is a cartoon icon who, according to legend, has been going strong for less than 1000 years.
