Is everyone on crazy pills? Snipes was a total asshole during the filming of the third movie, he wouldn't film scenes unless he was in close ups, and he threatened the director. You don't get to play Diva then rest on your previous work. People bash the third movie but if they knew what the cast and crew had to deal with in order to get it made it should have won an Oscar for effort alone. So yes, Snipes made Blade iconic but he let his ego overwhelm him. I don't think Marvel or Disney will put up with weed smoking, director fighting, post it signed Blade attitude that Snipes would bring.

Yes. I promise and swear that if wesley is not in the movie I have no intetest of another remake movie. especially that i have been waiting for wesley to get back to the role for years now. i really dont understand why call it Blade if its not Blade. call it Rade or ninja vampire. but not blade if the real mcoy is not in the movie. im tired of remakes. I love Blade because of wesley. not vampires and ninja shit like fights. its Blade, its wesley. thats it. period.

Let keep it real. I love/loved Snipes, he is, the one. Apart from being a great actor, he is, a martial artist as well, which helped immensely in bringing Blade to life and making it, believable. I also think and believe Marhershela could carry off the acting part in his sleep but my only worry is how he'll fare in the fight scenes? People will obviously compare the two and they are a very big part of all the movies. He has his work cut out for him.

I don't think whether Wesley Snipes or Ali plays the role would really factor into the idea Marvel takes under its wing something so sanguinary and morbid as Blade. They would prolly make it PG13 and that would be the end of it. Marvel simply can't and won't do hardcore and serious stuff without pouring into cartoon-like humor or theatrics; they're crowd pleasers, and that's not what makes Blade's dark, nocturnal world so memorable.

You wouldn't ask Stallone to hang up his Rocky gloves the fans wouldn't care if he was a hundred years old they would screem bloody murder, if some one else played Rocky, also Indiana Jones, & The Die Hard films, Wesley paid his dews to Marvel, IRS, Jail, the politics of Hollywood, you owe Wesley that role Marvel. Without Wesley you should barey the role, no Wesley no movie.

Bad decision by MCU. Snipes still has it in his late 50s and could of done two more movies. Another studio should do like they did with both Roger Moore and Sean Connery in 1983, two Bond movies came out that year. Do the same for Blade and I bet Snipes will still do better in the role.

Trying to reboot Blade without Wesley Snipes is like trying to remake a John Wayne movie with someone else. can't be done. It'll crash and burn. If the studio is hell-bent on LOSING MILLIONS on this attempt. let 'em have at it! Watch their investment GET FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET.

Better make a R Rated snipes blade movie after making kiddie pg Mahershala Ali blade reboot. Kinda like how Ninja theory made that awful DMC reboot and fans got the real DMC 4 with the real dante back its time for a movie the fans want. Snipes blade or no blade movie ticket!
