It always puts a smile on my face when I see a new video of yours when I check my subscriptions. Thanks for the work you put in your vids. They're well thought out and I can tell you are well versed on old dos games as I am. I want to suggest an odd title that you may be surprised is actually good, or was at the time. Dick Tracey for PC. Yes I know it seems like its horrible but it changes every time you play and its really fun. You have to play it to understand. Just a request. Keep on.

Gosh I loved this back in those days - unfortunately I can't get DOS-Box running with german keyboard settings - I tried a million (not literally) tutorials on how to get it working but it just doesn't work. So I'm unfortunately not able to replay all those neat DOS-Arcades and Adventures since ScummVM does not support those I'd want to play. Thanks for this review! By the way I didn't play it on Dos but on Windows 95 and 98. The Shareware was on the CD-Rom for the RP Ishar 2: D

- It made a generation who can code. A bubble before proper consoles, who all know That the games you get today, well they might be very flash, but they'll never beat the thrill of getting through Jetpack! Oh Hey Hey, 16K, What does that get you today? You need more than that for a letter. Old school RAM packs are much better. For n=0 to 2. Those were the days. Next n. -

0: 00 -Jingle, Bells, Jingle Bells, Deck the Halls with--
0: 12 [Abrupt change to the Tyrian level theme] _Ba-da-dum, ba-da buh-ba ba-dum! _
Have you ever actually tried Tyrian's christmas mode? If you launch the game during December, even in DOSBox, the game will show a command prompt saying -Christmas has been detected. Activate Christmas? [Y/N]-

This game was my childhood. I remember discovering it through a -demo- with only 10 or so levels at a friend's house and then downloading it for free many years later, which included the Christmas texture pack. though in that version, I seem to recall that Santa left presents under trees as the -collectables, - instead of picking up presents.

OMG I loved this game! The screaming thou when I died always freaked me out. And when I was able to trap rockets, bots and springs with wall drilling at the right time gave me so much joy!
To play it easier we always held the drill key while moving or flying. That kept you going in a straight horizontal or vertical line.

This was one of my absolute favourite games as a kid. I was only about 5 or 6 when I first played it. I was very bad at it because I was so young, so I used the level editor to make levels that had no enemies and were just filled with gems. And I'd feel very proud of myself when I got a high score with no difficulty xD

Oh, I remember this.
Heck, back in the day we got a graph paper book and drew level 7 or 9. Finished it right as I finally managed to get past the level and no longer needed it. Still, build the level in the level editor so we could play it whenever we wanted.

I wished I still had all my floppy disks, I had to throw them away in the 90's because I had a virus on them and it couldn't be removed.
Played this game a lot in the past, it's very addictive but I didn't know there was a Christmas version of it.

To say that I grew up on Jetpack: Christmas Special would be no over-exaggeration.
(By the way, if anyone is able to link me to any downloads of DOS-game soundtracks like Corridor 7, Jill of the Jungle, Skunny, Doom II/Duke Nukem, Pickle Wars etc)
