These stories are my savior at bedtime. There are nights i sleep only 2-3 hours, nights I don't sleep at all, nor am I able to relax when not sleeping. A dark room, comfy bed, and surrounded by pillows, I turn on Thomas. I close my eyes and picture myself being part of the story. Before long, I'm drifting off and sleeping peacefully.
