What a brilliantly constructed sci-fi thriller! Alex Russek created something that builds paranoia perfectly - you're never quite sure who to trust. Miranda's impossible choice between protecting her life's work and her own safety had me completely invested. The phrase 'they take your mind' is genuinely chilling and sets up the corporate conspiracy beautifully. The desert sequence was incredibly tense, and those visual effects were absolutely stunning. But it's the psychological horror elements that really elevate this above typical sci-fi. The way it explores themes of genetic ethics while maintaining that underlying sense of dread. masterful. That final scene gave me genuine chills. For a writer/director/editor triple threat, Alex Russek shows serious filmmaking skill. This deserves way more views - it's a complete thriller that keeps you guessing until the very end.

Over all well made. Direction, lighting, camera, casting, acting, etc, well done!
Not a fan of the plot, although nice twist. I just think that evil aliens is an over used trope at this point.
We are seeing more and more evidence of extraterrestrials visiting our world. Zero evidence they are hostile.
And if you think about it, WE might have acted that way 200 years ago but if we were to visit a planet today, that had primitive but intelligent creatures living on it, we wouldnt exterminate them and enslave the rest, would we

I suspect that when we do meet extraterrestrials it will be more like Star Trek: First Contact and not Mars Attacks.

I like the camera work and acting, but I'm very unclear what was happening and what the stakes were. You really can't tell a complicated story in under 10 minutes, and this seemed complicated.

Wonderful. Better than many full length movies.
Leaves you questioning if there are any 'good guys or simply competing teams of bad ones.

IT CAN'T BE OVER YET! I wanted more! Loved the actors, the spare dialogue, the FX. just awesome. Better than 99% of big budget H'wood trash.

Hm, too bad there wasn't some sort of explanation as to how she managed to come across the DNA samples in the first place. Otherwise pretty good.
