I have no problem with the older ones mostly, but the more recent ones they stranded off their definition and goal of Iconic, this is not an indy award. Come on. Or what you like best. When they said an indy game was more iconic then the new era of open-world due to the new consoles and the game that propelled, you confirm their just crap. Indy game over Witcher 3, you guys really just lost credibility. AS they said, shenmu wasn't well know and thus can't really be iconic, 1999 should go to CS. Also, thee most popular fps game is cross-fire and they missed on that. But you could argue wither way given the finalist on this one, but at leaast mention it.

No spider-man (2002 or 2018) no god of war, no Witcher, no breath of the wild, none of the Arkham games, no crash bandicoot, no assassins creed, no gta or red dead redemption and no lego games at all, isn-t this supposed to be iconic games through the years?

wait wait wait. Hold on SIMS is an ICONIC GAME are you kidding me! that's just wrong
Edit: Also WORLD OF GOO! I don't even remember that game. And to me it looks the lady doesn't even want to be there. I SEE THAT FAKE SMILE!

Made me happy to see world of goo here. My best friend showed it to me 10 years ago and i loved it. Not sure though if it is well known enough to be iconic. Most people i know don't know the game and only a few ever played it.

Yeah this list was hella questionable. As much as I do love Tomb Raider there-s no way it should-ve been put above RE. And no GTA or Elder Scrolls? But Fortnite made it? Smh

Liars. Journey's nomination was in 2012. Baba Yetu and the soundtrack for Civilization IV (which came out in 2005) was not only nominated for a Grammy in 2011, but also won.

What's with the feminist undertone throughout this video? Gamers don't care about the protagonist's gender, they don't even care if they're human, only non-gamers do.
