Post-alt-WW2 France might be restricted to a small, defensive army with limited armor and air force assets. Incapable of ever threatening Germany again. Most of their overseas colonies would be annexed by Germany as well.
Britain and Germany would agree to greatly limit their navies, and Britain might hand over control of some minor colonies or strategic islands. Britain itself wouldn't have been invaded, so they would simply agree not to fight Germany in future and to give the Kaiser favorable trade terms.

2: 30 neocolonial conditions not precolonial. The difference is that, today, crippling warfare and primary resource exploitation is taking place to the profit of the large foreign enterprises, which means today, _these africans_ are much more like former slaves in 1900 US with no right of movement and no job opportunities even though they require them to live because they don't owe any land anymore.
Back during precolonial times, people lived in varied village or nomadic lifestyles with communist-like production ethics, without chiefs.
So that's a big difference.

(haven't watched the video yet) Japan would almost certainly have modernized at some point even without Perry's Black Ships, the Dutch trading post on Dejima in Nagasaki kept exposing Japan to Western culture and inventions little by little & sooner or later some clan head tired of submitting to the shogunate would have started taking advantage of Dejima by secretly importing Western weapons to overthrow the shogunate, once western weapons were available it would have been only a matter of time before something would have sparked a revolt.

Britain joined the war because of Belgium. They had a contract with Belgium in that if it was attacked Britain would liberate it. That was done so it could serve as a buffer state between France and Germany. Germany would still go through Belgium and that would still bring Britain into the war.

Actually you are damn wrong: Japan though authoritarian and feudal was as advanced as Britain as for the modern weaving technologies and for the production of steel articles for its military: it just didnt change its way of life.

If japan got colonized, anime would still exist, but story would mainly focused on independece and people's struggle. Also japan would be more patriotic in 21 century

What do you mean britain wouldnt join the war? They joined because germany forcefully sent troop's throught belgium which was britain's ally.
