The problem with all of that is that you never mentioned the sperm banks around the world. Not all women could afford to get pregnant due to the amount of work that would need to be done. Cause of the programs around the world women was kept from many jobs so they will not have the proper people in place to fill some of these jobs. To survive they will have to rely on the fuel that was left behind and the generators. They will have to go back to house farming which is everybody has to grow something and share with each other. Cities would be abandoned and Dams would be destroyed so the water could flow down stream recreating a new eco system and much needed water for the women in that area. People think it will be hard for women but actually it will only be hard cause of the program they were put in. Once they break that program and start thinking about surviving they can create Utopia for them and the children they raise. Yes men will make a comeback but it will be on the woman system and men will be more manageable and focus.

A world of ancestral marriage. All of these women would be fighting for the sperm of this one man. Even if the man made sperm donations, all of those babies would be all half related to each other. You know how they say how cousins shouldn't have children with each other, now imagine that on a global scale. Now, you have to take in consideration of the person who was the male in the scenario. Every baby would be born half whatever race or more that that person was. Race would quickly disappear and be replaced by whatever race this man was, quite quickly. Or just be a quick scenario of death by snoo snoo, and one woman ultimately didn't get pregnant. Kind of reminds me of that Mighty python opening, where a man can choose his death, and he chooses death by snoo snoo.

Honestly I feel like that man would just be milked like a cow, and treated like shit, his life would be a living hell, and any women that hate men will make sure you suffer, while others will use you like a adult toy. Women would probably try to keep the female race on top by limiting the amount of males, and making sure they know their place. I'm not sure if they would make the man do as much physical labor as possible.

You forgot to give an analysis of about the possibilities of how female can adapt to this situation and can become self sufficient and forget or even ban the need for men, We could also see the world divided among two groups, one who supports the repopulation of men and one who do not support it.

Smartest thing to do would be to just donate sperm and furthermore demand to be allowed to live a normal life. You could still kill yourself, keeping yourself hostage. But that doesn't matter. 4 billion people dissapearing probably means the end either way.
