This is technically time travel, yes, but you're only travelling in one way. It's more accurate (at least specifically) to call this Time Dilation.
An easy way to understand time dilation is to imagine you're driving on a one-way road with a vehicle that only go forward. You can change the speed at which you're going forward but you can't go in reverse. You can dilate time by going faster or slower but you can't go backwards. At least this is what I learned from reading about how time works and me putting pieces together, if I'm wrong please tell me in the replies.

Id love to time travel to the past. Time traveling to the future however, doesnt really interest me. Im only 17 so it would be a little scary going in the future. I like not knowing what ill end up like. I always dreamed about going back in time and meeting my mom or dad when they were my age. My mom tells me she would be my friend if I existed when she did back then: )

Thats nice but here is my quastion when you go so fast and are in the future how do you get back home? Hmmm and thats the big problem going to the future for that part is easy but back is really impossible sad but its just impossible so when you would go now you would never be able to come back

Why does no one consider the law of conservation of matter like when we go back in time new matter is introduced to the universe which breakes the law of conservation of matter
