Well, the quiz is pretty basic, but it should give you a starting point! For me, being able to remember everything I seeand then replay it years later in my head like a 4K movie, complete with smells, sounds, and touchmeans I’m definitely a dreamer. I scored one E and the rest were F’s!
I’ve actually written numerous academic papers on thisspecifically on procrastination and how it’s linked to the type of memory you have. The truth is, types of memory aren’t something people talk about much in the mainstream, but they should be.
Living with extreme hyperphantasia, I know all too well how deeply it affects both physical and mental health. It’s such an important and overlooked key to understanding daily struggles.
I hope everyone takes something away from this and realises they’re not alonepeople do care, and every single one of you is special in your own way. x

For years I thought procrastination was just my personal flaw. I’d put things off, beat myself up, and feel guilty for not being productive enough. But then I started noticing how everything around me was designed to feed that cycle social media, constant news, pressure to always achieve but never enough time to breathe. It hit me: procrastination isn’t just personal, it’s systemic. The system thrives on keeping people paralyzed between fear and distraction, so we stay passive. That realization was heavy, but it finally made sense. Later I read Your Mind Was A Target by Dr Tessa Voss, and one chapter described exactly this pattern. It gave me practical steps to calm my mind and break free from the trap. Since then, I still procrastinate sometimes, but it doesn’t control me anymore because now I see where it really comes from.

I dont need to take the quiz to know im a procrastinator for some of the reasons. Got told repeatedly in uni that if there was a degree in procrastination id have a first in it. On long waiting lists for diagnosis and assessment for some of the reasons.
Edit: took it out of curiosity:
1 - a, c, d
2 - a, b, c, d, f
3 - a, c,
4 - a, b, c, e, f
5 - a, b, c, f
6 - a, b, d, e, f
7 - a, b, d, e, f
A = 7 b = 5 c = 5 d = 3 e = 3 f = 5
Not working on how to improve it just yet, focusing on getting my living space back from horror zone to basic a human could live here condition. The things that usually keep me in check arent an option anymore, so it got really bad. I will break it down a bit on a list, ill only get through some of it though lol.

need to share this because it changed everything. was stuck in the same patterns for years - overthinking, self-doubt, feeling blocked. Then I heard about this book Manifest the Unseen by Luna Rivers and the quantum physics approach to manifestation finally made things click. 3 weeks after reading: noticed synchronicities everywhere, opportunities flowing naturally, and my mindset completely shifted. if you're feeling stuck like i was, the frequency alignment method in this book works. still amazed at how different life feels

I got The Perfectionist which definitely applies to me. A lot of the time when I have a project or task, I spend so much time on either planning/drafting so that I don’t mess up the final product, or getting the details done perfectly, and then I lose track of time on the main task. Then, I have to rush during the last few minutes before the deadline, and what I submit is unfinished or unsatisfying for me. I completely agree that I should just stop overthinking and aim for done instead of perfect.

I got The Perfectionist. I'm pretty good at meeting school deadlines. I used to procrastinate more, but now, I get assignments done early so I don't have to worry about them later. I do more than required in my work because I'm afraid if I don't, it won't be enough. This leads to overwhelm, which can lead to procrastination. Outside of school, I procrastinate more because there's no grade to motivate me. Also, I watched that TED Talk for school!

I'm literrally 4 of this. I love dreaming big(even a lot of day dreaming, but when i Need to approach big thinghs i freeze and i procrastinate, then i hate my self when i procrastinate, but when i put my self under work i'm perfectionist so the cycle of frustration, anxiety, stress fuels my procrastionation until i explode and touch the bottom of the barrel and then the cycles starts all over again.

Got mostly B's and E's, completely agree, those two procrastination categories feel completely relatable to what I experience in school, so I'll try to follow this advice and not only to become a better student but to reduce stress in my daily life.
Great video as always: )
Luckily didn't procrastinate watching this cuz this is something I love to do in my free time

I know I occasionally procrastinate because I’m busy with other tasks although I still hate myself for slacking off on important days. I was wondering if there was ever going to be a quiz like this and I guess the team answered that for me. Also my results were as followed:
1. B (also maybe A)
2. A
3. F and B
4. A
5. A
6. A and F
7. F

THIS IS CRAZY! soooo many people praised this book Manifest the Unseen by Luna Rivers that I finally had to see for myself. No regrets whatsoever this book genuinely opened my eyes. Manifestation finally makes sense, and the changes Ive experienced are incredible. It deserves all the recommendations its getting!

A, B, and C for me. More so C lately (I have a bad habit of putting aside my creative projects for other stuff first, and that's really frustrating me) Still struggle with self-esteem and perfection but slowly getting better, especially once I finally get started with writing.

Oh no. Here comes the senioritis. But I know for myself that I had burnout combined with being overwhelmed and struggling with anxiety and depression during my time as a student. I had not just ASD burn out. I also had academic burnout.
