It was an addictive habit and it did start to have a negative affect as i craved for that feeling almost constantly. I was able to moderate to the point where i could continue my life without having it be ruined by masturbation. But i still did it excessively. And now at this point of a few years of that. Im just kinda tired. Like the feelings and stuff are still there but theres nothing new so ive sorta gotten bored and/or been searching for new ways of pleasuring myself. But also its allowed me to find pleasure in finding other things that arent masturbation that i really enjoy. My mental health is questionable but its not terrible. So im kinds just burned out from the almost constant masturbation for years. Very interesting video and learned about new things that it can have. Very cool

Masturbation is the most disgusting thing. everyone must really understand that. It negatively affects your physical, spiritual and mental health. And Im telling you this based on my experiences. Now, Im in a full semen retention for about 8 months. And I witnessed a great changes in my overall life since then. The benefits of semen-retention are amazing.
So guys, please stop listening to those who speak about Masturbation as a positive thing(or those who says it's a normal thing.
Embrace semen-retention!

I think it's so addictive because it's one of the easiest and most accessible ways to just make yourself feel an emotion that distracts us from actually getting our messed up life together and make a meaning out of it. Our brain gets exhausted just from looking at the amount of hard work we need to invest in our life to make it better, so we just choose to have an orgasm instead of taking care of our own life.

I have a masterbation addiction unfortunately.
Instead of it pleasing me, it brings me regret, annoyence, lack of energy and it just brings down my mood for the day.
Masterbation once a week or once every other week is something i wouldnt mind, but everyday Now thats an issue in my eyes.
Anyone here with a former masterbation addiction that has managed to quit If so could you tell me what you did

I’ve been addicted to masturbation since somewhere near ten (I gained a porn addiction at 7-8, however. I’m 13 now and still struggle with both, and it’s so damn hard to leave it.
Anyone who’s trying to quit porn and/or masturbation, I BELIEVE IN YOU! I’m proud of you for even wanting to quit, and it’ll be hard as hell at times, but you can totally do it.

If youre curious about what a healthy schedule for a person is, it differs for each person. I say ride the tide, go with the flow, take it in stride, and if it becomes a problem holding back your life then it's a problem. If it doesn't you're good.

Oxytocin=OxyContin
Dopamine=Dope
I've drastically cut back on masturbation because the last couple of times I did it, my body felt really weird with an increased heart rate and it ruined my sleep.

The worst thing is adult videos, no matter how many per day, they are still bad, but the deed is just a human needs, and of course if you overdo or do not enough, there are consequences

I sometimes wonder what excessive means. I have heard it several times by now but never like a number. Is that some personal thing to decide if its addictive or is there are certain amount

Thank you for the video. I used to masturbate a lot since I was a kid (but I didn't know what it was back then, but now I stopped and my brain got used to me not doing it.

4. Sorry, but for chronic pain sufferers, an orgasm can be better than opiates. There's a time and place, always, but it's really one of the best painkillers ever.

On a somewhat separate note to what this is discussing. does anyone know what the background music is or comes from I really liked the harmony of it.

I don't know why a thing like this have a negative effect on our brain. In the end it's a reproduction simulation and all species need to reproduct.

I do NoFap or semen retention for long periods of times - 60-300 days. Are there any studies on this or have you already done this already in a video
reply

Yep I knew a guy who just couldn't keep his hand off it, definitely a trauma response. Refused to deal with his issues. He also has ED.

You should talk more about this. There's lots of misinformation on internet, most of which has ideological or religious postures.
