I dont like this kind of thinking, the need of an attorney and stuff.
If you are not able to think properly about morality and what is legitimate and what isn't legitimate then creating a business should not be something for you since you have a high risk of doing something that for some reason is legal but not legitimate
for example you will probably abuse extern effects to your advantage by for example having a tobacco business and paying a politician to fight for keeping weed illegal which decreases global welfare to your own advantage, which is legal but obviously not legitimate

As an addition to the -getting a lawyer- section, check your area law schools to see if they have any legal clinics. While they are staffed by students, they are required to be supervised by licensed attorneys, and can be a great resource. Depending on where you live, there may be one oriented towards start-ups and small businesses.

Hello! I love Crash Course. I've been watching it for a while now. I've loved many of the courses. There are, of course, some courses I want them to do. Can we do Crash Course Law? Who else wants that? Like if you agree. I want Crash Course Law.

I think this is one of the biggest failings of higher education. In school, learn all these topics and be good at them, in the real world, know what your piece is and find allies to do the other stuff.

How are the people in the thumbnail holding each other's hands? One is like mad flipping their wrist over to pull that off
