It all boils down to her insecurities until one day she feels beautiful. She'll stop, but until then, she'll continue to inflate her lips with fillers, progressively damaging herself. Plain and simple, it's very sad, and I feel dad for her in some ways.

You could take literally any street junkie and she would look better than this. You have to really try to make yourself look this bad. It's not just bad, it's repulsive. It's like looking at poop or gore, it's genuinely disgusting.
