Crust is basic pizza dough page 8-11. 2 tablespoons butter. 2 leeks, thinly sliced. 3 ounces (90 g) pancetta, diced salt and freshly ground black pepper. egg. 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh cream. 4 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese. 2 ounces (60 g) gruyere cheese, very thinly sliced. serves 2 preparation 20 minutes. time prepare the dough and let it rise. cooking 20- 25 minutes. CRUST 1. prepare the pixie dough following the instructions on page 8-11 set aside to rise. TOPPING 2. melt the butter in small fry pan over medium heat. add the leeks and pancetta (not sure what pancetta is) sauce until the leeks are tender, about 10 minutes. season with salt and pepper and set aside. 3. preheat the oven to 500 degrees F (250 degree C/ gas 10) 4. oil a 12 inch ( 30 -cm) pizza pan 5. knead the risen pizza dough briefly on a lightly floured work surface, then press it into the prepared pan using your hands. 6. beat the egg with the cream in a bowl. add the leek and pancetta mixture and the two cheeses. mix well. 7. spread this mixture evenly over pizza, leaving a 1/2 inch ( 1 -cm ) border all around. 8. bake for 10-15 minutes, until the crust is crisp and golden brown and the topping is bubbling and beginning to brown. 9. serve hot. not the sweet, onion flavor of the leeks blends in beautifully with the pancetta and cheese in this delicious pizza.

Interesting how the Nature in Canada is beeing destroyed on and on, more and more every day. Cutting down trees that DONT belong to you. Building Houses and other cr. in the middle of those beautiful Forests. Burning those trees and saying I dont give a SH. about Climate. Lest produce much more CO2, thats what we are for on the Planet. And shake some Ass on each Recording, that people like to watc, thats all we can. Stole all from Natives, so called Indians? Can u make a video of a day of you and your girlfriend going fishing? Id like to see what bait u use and lures as well as fishing poles and if I have a Fav fishing hole and do u go early am or late evening what works best also id like to see after u catch the yummy fish you guys make a healthy dinner using all what u have caught and grew off your property. also you should make sum wine. for a cheers. with dinner. . yea I think us viewers would like to see that fishing video. .

I love how this guy is always showing Ass pictures of his wife but if you forward through the videos you never see the sceens of what is on the video front. so it-s really just click bait.
