Tip Mr O for whenever replacing a thermostat housing, buy throttle body coolant lines also, UNLESS you just replaced them and maybe the pipe that goes under the exhaust manifold (I'm blanking on the actual name of the tube)
I've been battling leaks on one of our fleet cruze, but finally I'm done, after replace also every hose and line.
It all started with the throttle body hose and then the return line started leaking, then that reservoir tank start sucking some air. yeah, I hate these.
Also add some rtv silicone on the seal to the engine, I've had them last about 6 months before they start weeping.

You just wait til your father gets home. I learned the hard way not to laugh when my mom was mightily trying to give me a spanking back in the day, she then of course had dad take care of the job when he got home. After that it didn t matter that I couldn t even feel her spankings I yelled like she was half killing me so she thought she was getting the job done!

Did you check for loose lips? Loose lips sink leaky cruze ships. Bad jokes improves bad attitude every time, just tell more jokes? Patience improved, lol. Need to see the snap-on man, I like those pliers. They should at least offer to sponsor you. Mom use to make us get our own switch and it better never break. PAT BACK-NICE JOB.

I ve been dealing with a rash of warrantied parts over the past week. Went through several calipers before we got one that wouldn t just leak out fluid from everywhere. Alternators that don t regulate voltage, or the pulley just flings off. I m not sure anyone knows what the term QA even is. Labor claims for days.

Mrs Tizzo's son had the exact same problem, but it had it when we bought it so thats preferable. We knew what needed to be fixed and took care of it. These cars are notorious for the coolant problems. The guy selling it thought it was the heater core, so we got a good price.

I just did the coolant outlet on my 15 Cruze 2 weeks ago. There's an aftermarket one that's aluminum for 30 bucks on Amazon. So far no leaks and the aluminum should outlast the car. Mitzone is the brand name in case anyone wants to replace theirs with an aluminum one.

Good job Eric.
As the owner of one of these vehicle, its good practice to thrown in a few sealing tabs cooling system repairs are completed, for that mostly always noticeable coolant odor when shut off, with minor untraceable leakage, that gm never addressed.

Be honest brother, you began to bring us along for the turbo, but halfway through the inter-job #! + fit, you decided to test the flight characteristics of the camera you had filming after testing every tool within reach prior. And now you have a new camera. LOL

Do you get any problems with timing chains with those in your neck of the woods? Here in the uk we have Vauxhall Insingnia which has the same engine, 36k miles and the chain shit itself and took valves currently doing the head on it. Terrible engines

1: 00 Mrs. O should stock up on Ice Cream (i. e. Turkey Hill) & Ice Cream Cones. Everybody loves Ice Cream, especially on 'Bad Days'! =)
Unless it is a cold day, then Hot Cocoa w/ Mini Marshmallows (i. e. Swiss Miss) is the answer!

Every time I get one of those, I have the customer sign a form that say's repairs may need more parts than the estimate states due to poor plastics. Haven't any complaints. Owners know that chevy is junk. LOL
