The RDX is nice but looks like its targeted to a middle-age couple with a family or even Elderly, and on top of that its over 40K+, too big to park in the city, and gets subpar fuel economy. They really should identify targeted consumers when reviewing these types of SUVs because what a waste of time of a video for people that dont require this type of vehicle. Leaning towards the XC40, XT4 or UX. I rather spend almost 40K for a vehicle that will actually serve its purpose. park everywhere, good fuel economy, reliability, and enough space to accommodate from Point A to Point B. 40K+ for a bulky SUV that can barely fit in a parking space and costs at the pump. PASS.

I love my 2019 RDX, and I understand performance, since I also own a 2016 Corvette Z51 with a 7 speed manual. I love driving the RDX in Sport+ mode. The steering, suspension and shift point changes are obvious. The car is eager to go and wants you to push it, and the torque vectoring with the SH-AWD is also obvious. Not as much fun as my Vette, but definitely a great drivers car. And like the Vette, a real value compared to the competition. I drove a BMW X3 and a Mercedes Benz GLC and simply could not justify the extra money (10, 000 or more. They simply were not that much better. I highly recommend the. RDX.

First of all, I like you two together. Throw in Tommy V from Driven reviews and Id pay to watch you three. Second of all, I think you guys hit it on the head. At 45, 000 the RDX is a no-brainer. I looked at a few XC60s when my wife and I were shopping for a car and at 45, 000 theyre just a little basic. At 50, 000 though they are much more appealing. Even more so at 60, 000 and even more at 70, 000. At 85, 000 Im still not buying then Stelvio. thats a really nice XC90 or next generation X5. Im not a fan of the Stelvio because it mostly fails at being a utility vehicle, which is what Id want first and foremost.

Wait. when will reviewers get the glass roof situation? Most continue to say there is less headroom. Not so. That maybe was the case when smaller sunroofs retracted internally within the headliner, however, today they all retract externally over the fixed rear panel. So without question, the head clearance goes all the way to the underside of the glass, which has to be more space than if an insulated fixed or moulded headliner was in place. While a roller inner shade will subtract some space, it is likely no more space than that taken by a fixed headliner.

Hey Alex, great comparison video What is your opinion the R-Design trim in recent Volvo models? Are the sporty leather/nubuck seats, paddle shifters, and sportier suspension not worth giving up the more luxurious options in the Inscription trim, like the air suspension? And what about the Polestar tuning option? It would seem like a T6 R-Design XC60 with the Polestar tune could be an even better sportier middle ground between the luxury-oriented T6 and the Stelvio. As an aside, I must say that the value proposition of modern Acuras is impressive

The Alfa Romeo Stelvio looks like it was designed by architect Frank Lloyd Wright. He would have loved it, exterior and interior both. He would particularly like the red accents, which he often used in his homes. My problem with the Stelvio would be the difficulty in getting parts and having it fixed. How many Alfa dealers are there in the USA anyway? What if it breaks down in a state like Idaho or Wyoming? The Acura looks like it was designed by a novice. Its not a mature design at all. The Volvo looks good but too expensive.

Could have included Cadillac XT4, Lincoln MKC, and Infiniti QX 50. Lincoln MKCs frontal looked great, but the seats were very poorly designed, it was like sitting on a bench. Acura RDX looked better than the previous model from outside, still needed little more refinement frontal look. It has popped up screen inside was not appealing and obstructs a little of the view. Infiniti QX 50 designers did a real good job inside and outside I think. Cadillac XT4 also looked good.

Either a fully loaded XC60 T6 R-Design or a well equipped XC60 T6 Inscription, both with the Polestar Software upgrade to increase horsepower and torque, would be my choice. The Volvo still has more standard driver and safety tech than the Alfa or the Acura. Are Android Auto or Apple CarPlay both included with the Stelvio and RDX? The Alfa is definitely a beast in this category while the Acura is definitely a good value option.

Wont it be more fair and sensible to compare cars with same 2. 0 litre turbos since all 3 manufacturer have this engine. Its completely pointless comparing cars with such a huge power different. Stop comparing cars just because u have access to it. It will be a different matter if the comparison is based on price with different engine but this 3 cars are almost twice the price of the Acura and then u comparing it

Wow, this is an amazing video. It is amazing how is has one person who is a total class act, smooth and just oozing with a great personality and the other is like a teenager that is rough around the edges and eager to take jabs.
