Sounds exactly like home (Toronto. If I didnt read the title I would assume this was recorded outside my apartment because I can slightly hear the subway running.
Ive been out of the city, staying up North with my brother for a while and its so damn quiet here at night. I love the night noises from my downtown apartment, especially in the summer with balcony wide open.

I especially like this vid because it is real time and not a loop, like the majority of other vids like this. I have it playing while I'm at work and I also look at the screen from time to time so I appreciate looking at a video that was shot live and not an imaginary or looping scene. Keep it up.

glanced at the thumbnail and thought it was the twin towers for a minute and had to do a double take. NYC still doesn't feel the same since that day. :(

I have an annoying neighbour who sits outside and clears her throat every 10 seconds. so its nice to put my headphones on and try and drown the annoying sound out. with background noise but isn't music as I would be wondering what song is next

As someone whos lived in the suburbs, I dont know why, but I particularly find the sounds of ambient street noise. The only thing I can fall asleep to.
