10: 52 As I previously said in other videos > this is NOT ravioli, it's ravioles. It shares commonality in principle but it's miles away from everyday ravioli.
Ravioles are a fixture of French cuisine starred restaurants and is a very high quality product.
To sum it up: ravioli > tin can, ravioles > 3 star Michelin restaurants.
It's a bit like the difference between a jelly sandwich wrapped in cellophane and a high end macaron in a jewelry box.
A raviole is a handmade high ratio egg pasta manually folded and pressed around fine ingredients.
They are cooked in sizzling, not boiling, fine bouillon water to the second to avoid bursting and then rapidly cooled to avoid overcooking.
Each luxury raviole takes much more manhandling than even the best steak. Usually a substantial number of ravioles are rejected due to leaks or bursts.
Some 3 star restaurants charge you well over several hundred dollars for a dish of 1 to 5 high end ravioles.
So contrary to common beliefs, ravioles (the high end kind served here) are exclusive products.
They usually surprise the guests, especially in aircraft's high altitude cabins as they make flavors pop in the mouth. The tight envelope of firm egg pasta acting as a sealant and releasing all at once when chewed.

for safety reasons you cant be served asa short as you asked. Preparation and for flight issues you are not a king too. You are so trash talking when you cant even pay yourself this ticket. You have to know that hte people traveling in the first class are real rich people and they have the sense of humility and being humble. BTW they know too that for technical reasons evrything doesnt run as you want. To be clear, it is funny to see a review from someone who doesnt even know to take some space back to look at the big picture and being centered on yourself, and to finish, remind yourself that you were there due to a sponsor and not your own wealth. So keep it low key and try looking around you you selfish person

I-ve been researching flights from the US to and from Paris for a family trip being planned for Christmas week 2022. The $10, 000 price tag for La Premiere only applies if you book a one-way ticket. If you book it as part of a round-trip it-s considerably less expensive (about double the Business Class fare. Air France allows you to book a particular cabin for each segment of a trip, so I may book economy to Paris and La Premiere for the return-the expense would be worth the experience.

-Trek Trendy, definitely a little surprising when he exited the BMW the driver didn't open his door & remove is luggage from the trunk of the BMW. I personally wouldn't find that to be acceptable considering the price of the flight is $10, 000+. Otherwise, the marks that you mentioned when on the flight I would certainly agree with. I hope there have been improvements since then.

Lot of people talking about the meal on board, just learn the french way, you need time to cook a good meal and they took away the food -late- because you let time for people to enjoy their food.
In a good restaurant in France the meal lasts for 4 hours with several courses etc.

I give you alot of credit with how much you fly! When I was younger I had no problem but now I have the worst anxiety ever and now if I cant drive somewhere I wont go! Lol but maybe if I had the money to fly first class it may be easier for me. idk how you do it!

Of course you didn-t like foie gras because you are not supposed to eat it like that - try it with good bread or grilled toast and some salt and some oignon confit it will change the experience

Someone like me wouldn't be able to do what you do when you travel in these affluent spaces. I would have to do things differently. But thanks for sharing anyway.

If you had been to a foie gras farm like I have I very much doubt you'd have eaten that. Watching a duck being force fed is disgusting.
