Hello Tim, I, my daughter Gracee, and my daughter Hannah have been watching you for years. We were in universal during this video and you can see us at exactly 5: 00 minutes walking out of the Mardi Gras venue(bearded guy with stroller, thats Hannah and Gracee. My daughters are so mad at me for not seeing you and requesting an outro, however we love your vids and greatly appreciate everything you provide to us! You have no idea how much time and energy you have saved us.
Keep doing what your doing and hopefully next time I can spot you.

I was there that day too! Looked for you but didn't find you. Crowds were GREAT that day. I don't think we waited more that 10 minutes for anything! I really enjoyed the parade! I watched from by the NY Public Library and that was a lovely spot to watch from. Loved the Tribute Store. The workers there were so kind and fun and into the theme! I so regret not eating a twister tater, but I did get the Mardi Gras donut from Voodoo, and it was delicious!

I'm from Trinidad and Tobago. I just had to laugh at your pronunciation of pholourie lol At home it's pronounced 'puh-lore-ree'. And the doubles is a staple street food here but Universal's version probably isn't as good as the kind we have here. Ours is made with a different dough to that flatbread.

wow, always watch your videos
i'm from trinidad, so surprised to see it featured food from t&t.
Phoulorie is on point with look, 2nd items seeems like a more presentable version of our doubles (highly doubt it tastes as good, 3rd item seems just caribbean themed: )

Hey Tim! Awesome video! The dish you had that was like a Hush Puppy is called Phoulorie. It is a super odd word to say, but it's pronounced P--L-OWE-REE ( I hope I spelled that right, which is actually chickpea based: -. Keep up the great videos you guys!

Hey Tim, what spurred you to go with decaf coffee? You mentioned that in another, recent video. Has it had the desired effect? I love coffee but would be open to going with decaf if it offered some benefit. Cheers! :)

I feel like theres a point in the parade when you have like 30-40 bead necklaces and the 8th or 9th float passes by that you start throwing beads back at them.

Ok, keeping in mind this is coming from a person whos never been to Univ Studios FL. so both USF and Disney Studios have a brown derby? Which is better?
