Pittsburgh Travel Guide - City of Bridges A couple of things here: first, lovely video.
2nd: Were actually planning on relocating to Pittsburgh in the fall from VT, for the economy, cost of living and still having an accepting and friendly culture as well as beautiful hills (which we are accustomed to. We actually have been in Pittsburgh a number of times, which is why we chose it over nc. Interestingly enough, the only reason we know the city so well is because.
3rd: We are furries! Yes, those guys you planned out from at the end of the video! Not that all furries have suits (we do) but still, we go there to have a great time and see our friends from across the country! My first Anthrocon was in 2009: 0, my wifes in 2015. In 2016, I proposed to her on the shore of the Mon underneath the lights of the convention center, and we took engagement pictures at the top of Mt. Washington, close to where both the remaining inclines are!
This city means a lot to us, and we wouldnt have ever considered it if it werent for that convention or the kindness of its residents.

As a transplanted Pittsburgher living in SWFL i have to say this video is absolutely awesome. wonderful, wonderful job. Pittsburgh really is the hidden gem city of the United States as it does not get the publicity as so many other cities. As beautiful as the city is though, its the people and their welcoming and friendly attitude towards everyone that make it such a great place. All of western Pennsylvania is truly a paradise to behold with its mountains, hills, and rivers, not to mention all of the greenery that you will see. Thank you for this video of my old home and my roots, 30 years in SWFL hasnt been long enough for me to say or feel as though im from here. I will always be a YINZER.

We visited Pittsburgh last week and relied on your video as a city guide. I think this is the best Pittsburgh tourism video out there. We loved the city. We live in Chattanooga, Tenn, and visit Atlanta often. Well, we used to. After visiting Pittsburgh, all we could think of is, why would anyone have a convention in Atlanta if they could go to Pittsburgh Atlanta, as a city, is nothing compared to Pittsburgh. I remember a friend in HS said, Atlanta is just a big Chattanooga. I know what he means. Pittsburgh may be the best American city I've ever visited. Speaking of Chattanooga, I see you've done a video on us. On my way now to check it out. We're honored!

Incredible video. If I didn't already live here this would make me want to move. Pittsburgh is a beautiful city, it's nice to see someone not from here give it some love. One thing almost every video on Pittsburgh leaves out is that Schenley Park plays host to the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix every July. It's one of the biggest vintage racing events and car shows in the country. We get the petrolheads and the furries invading at roughly the same time, be hilarious to see those two groups meet.

My daughter has been a student there since 2017. She is in the doctoral of Audiology program there at the University of Pittsburgh. I'm a small town guy born and raised, but I love that city. If she needs anything I'll make the 4 hr. drive just to experience all that city has to offer. I always find something new that I want to experience in Pittsburgh. It is definitely one of the gems of Pennsylvania.

I was a student at SIUC Carbondale, Illinois many years ago as an international student. Unlike Carbondale, there are many places to visit in Pittsburgh. Also, Pittsburgh has many vegan friendly restaurants. It sounds like a nice place to visit. I should visit Pittsburgh as a tourist in a few years. Hope you will come and visit Japan some time in the future. Many tourists love Tokyo and Kyoto.

This was wonderful to see! I have lived in the area about 60 miles east of the city and never realized so much went on and that the city is so beautiful today. Yes, I do not like the heavy and fast-moving traffic to and around Pittsburgh, so as a senior citizen I won't drive it! Great American small city!

I was born and raised in pittsburgh, the northside not the Northshore. I was born in 1956 and lived there until the 1990s. I loved pittsburgh and still do. It is and was a great place to live and grow up. I am very proud to be from pittsburgh. It is really a great city.

Pittsburgh is the United States' most beautiful downtown skyline! Sure, downtown Pittsburgh does indeed feature some beautiful buildings, but let's be realistic: the downtown skyline isn't the United States' most beautiful. Great video, however, I really enjoyed the information!

I spent my summers with my grandparents when I was growing up. They lived on Mt. Washington, and I've always considered Pittsburgh my adopted home town. This video brought back a lot of great memories. I may live on the west coast now, but there's a lot of Pittsburgh in me.

Pittsburgh - It's a little cleaner than I expected.
It's a cleaner, safer Philly basically, with not as great food selections though. The bridges and waterways are neat to see. Living in PA, I'd have to say it's the cooler city to visit if not from around here.

Amazing video. As a resident of Tampa now, Pittsburgh will always be home’ to me. You captured so many of the things that fascinate me as an adult more so than when I was a kid. It’s truly a town that once you expedience you truly appreciate.

PNC Park is indeed a gorgeous baseball stadium, not a bad seat in the place! I have to agree with you. I can't understand how Sports Illustrated prefers Anaheim's baseball stadium over Pittsburgh!

I'm a Pittsburgh expat living too far from home. Beautifully done. I never thought I would use the terms Pittsburgh and seductive in the same sentence. This video did that exactly. Thanks.

My first visit was in 2021 to see The Stones concert. We fell in love with this city, so much so we have decided to spend this coming Thanksgiving at a B&B in the Mexican War Streets district.
