This 10 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT is awesome when you want to see results FAST! This is basically a full body fat burning workout - you can do this at the beginning of your workout, the end of your workout, or simply as your daily workout if you are short on time. This full body low impact workout consists of squats, sit ups, and push ups - which sounds easy. but just wait. This 10 min full body workout will have you burning fat in no time and counting down the seconds to your rest period. This 10 minute workout can be done at home or at the gym. This full body workout can also be done without weights or with weights - depending on what you have on hand and how challenging you want to make it for yourself. In this workout I will be using a dumbbell making this a full body dumbbell workout. If you are looking to burn fat and see results FAST - I hope you love this go-to workout of mine as much as I do. Excellent workout, Dan. I was able to keep up with you but had lighter weight on the squat. And I was mostly through my 2nd set of sit ups when I noticed you doing leg raises. :) I kept my eyes open after that to see the crunches (lol.
Keep it going, man. These are great!

22 minutes later all done Im sticking with your latest oblique/core workout. not gonna lie I may have cursed you during the 20 rep sets but Ill be back

100 Pushups 100 Situps And 100 Squats, if you add a 6 mile run after this you might just go bald and become an invincible superhero: ) Great workout guys!

Good work Dan! I was able to keep up but did the push ups on my knees and used a 10 lb weights. Thanks again boss for keeping me motivated.
