Excellent workout, Dan. I was able to keep up with you but had lighter weight on the squat. And I was mostly through my 2nd set of sit ups when I noticed you doing leg raises. :) I kept my eyes open after that to see the crunches (lol.

Good work Dan! I was able to keep up but did the push ups on my knees and used a 10 lb weights. Thanks again boss for keeping me motivated.
