How To Fix ANY Muscle Imbalance (3 SIMPLE STEPS)

talking about muscle imbalances so if you're dealing with one then this will help you fix it! This is one of those topics that really don't warrant a long drawn out video because to correct this is pretty simple. First thing is you have to start doing more unilateral work which will allow you to keep an eye on your form and correct any differences you identify between the left and right side of your body. Second, you have to add additional reps to your smaller/weaker side. That's going to allow it to catch up over time. Finally if it's really bad you need to dedicate time to train that body part on that side of your body on days it doesn't normally fall on. If you have a noticeable difference then you're going to need to make it a priority and really hammer on it. whether you have uneven pecs or one arm is bigger than the other, it will only take you a short time before you even out those gains. - Ryan Humiston

I think this is just the video I've been looking for.
So one thing I've noticed over the last couple of weeks when I've been giving my muscles a (very rare) examination and (just as rare) measuring, is that I have a oddly shaped mid deltoid on my left shoulder, compared to the mid delt on the right. Basically it's shorter, or at least looks shorter if I put both my arms up horizontally (hands and shoulders aligned in a straight line) and start twisting them forward to look at the size and development of each of the deltoid sections side by side so to speak.
What I noticed is that the mid delts are not the same length, the left is notably shorter, but it only shows up when I do this specific pose, when my arms are just dropped by my sides, they both look the same.
Is this an actual muscle imbalance or just a natural shortness due it to be my non dominant arm? Is it something I should worry about, and will this kind of method work to even things out?
Cheers.

I know everyone is different and at difference stages. I get why there's no sets and reps and upping intensity and I've seen the bro split is the best way. So without having a prescribed number of sets and reps can you make a video on when you know enough is enough for a workout? If you do a 3 day, 4 day or bro-split, what is the indication that you did enough? Yesterday I did 7 sets for bis with high intensity and aiming for 14 total sets per week to week and a half on a 4 day split. Today my bis are pretty sore. I think I could have done more yesterday (drop sets, more sets, giant sets, etc) and I didn't leave feeling like I was trashed. But obviously I did something.

It doesn't make sense but my left bicep & triceps is the weaker one BUT ALSO the bigger one in size! My left arm is 2cm (about an inch) more in measure than the right arm, and the right arm is the stronger one!
So when I do unilateral work for biceps and triceps the left gets tired first so I match the reps of the right side to it, I feel like I end up with less stimulation for the right side (which is the smaller in size) and I get more size on the left, increasing the problem of imbalance.
I really don't understand how can I get the side that's both weaker AND bigger to match with the side that's stronger AND smaller. Pretty weird thing.

I have scoliosis, so my side glute on my left side is basically nonexistent, while my right side is much fuller. (Due to my hips not being aligned. I dont know if it's my crookedness causing the illusion of it not being full, or if the muscle really is just that weak.
My question is: if I build muscle mass in my left side only to where it's even with the right side, where do I go from there?
Does that mean I have to do different weights on each side forever? Or will I ever be able to find a balancing point to where they will grow the same at the same time doing the same weights or reps? - please help!

I don-t really understand this issue but it-s not just my left arm being bigger but my entire left side waist up by a significant amount. I can-t contract any of the neck muscles in my right side and barely contract my right bicep but my right side is still much much stronger despite being smaller. This deeply upsets me and because I am a teenager and need money or permission to do anything I cannot seek professional help because my mother doesn-t deem it worth trying to understand. Regardless of that fact I am still trying to learn and would like to hear what someone more knowledgeable than me has to say

I was getting a sportsmassage for my legs for the first time. I was asked to lay on my back because she was gonna massage my quads and the moment I layed down she said: -Is your left quad bigger than your right? -. I looked at them and holy hell was she right. Never thought about it because I don't experience that much problems because of it. I do notice my left leg being the one that can deliver that extra bit of output once I start grinding out a rep. Guess I gotta do some uni-lateral work now-

What if your smaller side is actually stronger than your bigger side? - I am a right sided person, my right arm is actually bigger but my left arm is actually stronger. My left side back portion has more definition than my right side but my right side has more mass. My left shoulder is actually bigger that my right, also not to include my pecs which obviously my left is smaller than right. Thanks for the tips I will give them a try hope to fix my body

I-ve got it pretty bad. My whole right side is The Hulk then you come to my left and it-s like I-ve got nothing there. It-s extremely difficult to wear clothes. Dominant side engages more and the weight feels better compared to right. I-ve been doing 4sets of 15-12-10-8. After 6months, still haven-t gained anything. Idk if it-s my diet but if anyone has successfully treated sever muscle imbalances. Please message me. I-ll try anything

I can't seem to fix my imbalances, idk if it's because i broke one arm a few years ago or just because i used my right arm more my whole life but I've been trying to use only my left arm for practically everything but when i wake up in the morning my right arm feels tight an is bulging with muscle even though i didn't do a single bicep curl with it an i was strictly only using my left

I-m a -lift the whole stack kind of guy-. Listening to you and trying 50-60% of max weight for 20 reps slow and steady gets me a phenomenal pump and it-s light enough that I swear I can control individual bands of muscle. I just started this kind of workout so looking at 5-6 weeks to see what results I get.
Do you do diet as well? Interested enough to put $ into it
