The Best Time to Eat Protein for Muscle Growth (not what you think)

There are mixed opinions on whether or not there is best time to eat protein. Some believe that consuming enough total protein daily will suffice, while others believe protein should be consumed every few hours or at specific times of the day. Hearing that will likely bring two camps to your mind: the intermittent fasting crowd, who may only eat twice per day, and the old school bodybuilders who walked around with Tupperware containers full of chicken breast and broccoli. This video will answer 3 main questions using scientific research to come up with practical recommendations. First, how much total protein do you need per day to maximize muscle mass? Second, does it matter how often you consume protein throughout the day? And lastly, is there any additional benefit to eating protein at specific times?

The best time is never. It destroys your kidneys, pancreas liver its so acid so it causes calcification throughout the whole body which causes all diseases ever known. It makes you insulin resistant which causes diabetes 1&2 because it makes the pancreas work so hard it also makes your igf levels go up that alone causes cancer growth it makes your vitamin d levels very low etc etc and so on and so on

Didn't really answer the question for IF (2MAD) people. Or was that implying that they shouldn't do it for optimal MPS? Since spreading the daily protein through more than 2 meals is necessary? What about GH in fasting state (which has been shown to prohibit MPB at some point?

Lot-s of hating on the new guy- I don-t care who gives me great information- I just want accurate and science backed knowledge to apply towards my fitness goals. I eat 250. - 300 grams of protein every day- it was perfect advice for me to spread it out across 3-4 meals per day.

Don-t agree with the before bed. I have a difficult time sleeping well if I eat anything, no matter how big or small the portion. My body just doesn-t want to sleep when eating before bed.

Give it about 3-5 more eps & we-ll forget about the other guys.
Unrelated, I can-t be the only one who thinks the guy in yellow looks like Baker Mayfield?

Chef tip- use your finger to remove all the egg white from the shell. 99% of people throw a gram of protein away per egg or drag it across the kitchen counter.
