Testing My Secret Methods. (Unorthodox Workout) Toronto Takeover ft. Omar Isuf Purple: I have a question I would LOVE answered (it would be so helpful) You talk about the benefits of fast progress for new lifters, and you talk about the difficulties of seasoned lifters making new progress. So what do you say about people who are more intermediate? For someone who knows a decent amount about lifting, and has good quality workouts with good form and technique, but is inconsistent. Working out 1-3 times week on and off for a few years. Do they fall into a more seasoned lifter category, and will have a hard time making significant progress once they become consistent? Or will they be able to benefit like a rookie, when they get on a solid plan/regime? PLEASE HELP

I love your videos Jeff, just a question though in your intuitive eating approach - it seems like there ends up a lot of wasted food by this method, which personally I would feel too guilty about the amount of food bought and not eaten. What is your take on this/have you considered this factor? Keep up the great work otherwise though Love your stuff

I have watched the majority of your videos and this is the first one youve mentioned being a Newfoundlander. You honestly have the most informative and inspiring fitness content on YouTube and to hear that youre from Newfoundland makes me very proud. I am also from Newfoundland - explains your Rs, haha. All this time I thought you were from Kelowna

Always travel with another bro who's on the opposing phase to you (cut/bulk) and order the same meal. So when you intuitively eat and leave 40% of the meal on your plate, you just throw it over to your bulk boy to finish. Everybody wins, no wasted food, your boy gets extra jacked.

Jeff, you're great man, love your vids Just curious as to what your measurements are: arms, waist, legs, calves, and so forth? And do you have goals of getting bigger or smaller or leaner in terms of size and what body size you are comfortable with. I'm also 5'5

Hey Jeff, I also watched Omars vid with you and you mentioned, why you are doing an extra arm day. How do you think about one Chest/Biceps and one Shoulder/Triceps workout per week? (and one extra back day. Greetings from germany. love your work.

I'm around 13% bf if I wanted to focus on getting rid of the 3% to show more defined abs would my time be better spent just doing cardio for a longer period of time? Like playing basketball for 2 hours or Weight training 1Hr 30Mins and 30mins cardio?

Love your videos. Thank you for the amazing content. Quick question Jeff. Do you do extra reps or sets on your weaker side? Or do you start with the weaker side and let that dictate how much you do on the opposite side? Thank you

Can you do a video on collagen? I keep seeing people talk about it and I can't tell if it's worth while in any way. Evidently there is some research showing it can help with joint pain, which happens a lot with continuous lifting.
