As someone who has struggled with his weight over the past couple years and haven-t had time to go to the gym, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate all of these workout from home videos! I have a ton of body fat and have lost some while isolating at home by working on nutrition, but I plan to add these measures to increase my effectiveness. Thank you so much for all of these!

My home gym is a pair of saw horses, metal rods from a scalfolding kit, and some scrap boards I've fished out of the trash pile at the last job site I worked at. I've got some scrap metal laying around here some where, maybe I can lift that for fun. Also got some 5 gallon plastic buckets I can fill with sand or dirt.

Some other ideas: press ups between dining chairs with feet on another, door pull ups, sprinting up stairs, lunges on stairs, and triceps extensions on kitchen counters.
And like the oldtime strongmen, you can use the mop to do forearm training.
Dog lead can also use used for cable exercises over a doorway pull up bar

I tried this. Here are the results:
Dog: ran away.
Mind: open.
Floor: cleaned.
Socks: white to black.
Stairs: Nonexistent.
Jugs of water: empty.
Door frame: broken.
Mop: in 2 pieces.
Laptop: Distracting me.
