finding enough protein can be a challenge. I show you the exact way that I get 61 grams of protein to start my day, in just 3 minutes! High protein breakfast options can sometimes bring with it lots of unwanted calories or saturated fats. For instance, while a piece of bacon is never going to kill you (despite what some anti fat fanatics would have you believe, making a habit of eating it every day in high enough amounts to deliver the protein you-re after could be detrimental long term. That said, I decided to shoot this video to show you the two things I eat most mornings (along with a bowl of my pumpkin oatmeal) to get a protein boost before I even leave the house. With 7 egg whites and an ultra high quality whey isolate protein (ATHLEAN-Rx2, I-m able to deliver the nutrients my muscles need after breaking the long fast from sleeping. Not only will you be able to more easily achieve your daily protein intake goals but you will simply be supplying your muscles and body with the fuel it needs to get you going. Most bodybuilders and athletes realize just how important their nutrition and meal plans are to their physiques and performance. If you haven-t quite nailed your nutrition yet it could be that you are trying to select from muscle building foods that just aren-t practical. Maybe you don-t like a particular food? Maybe the foods you are choosing are just too hard to prepare? In order for a meal plan to help you build muscle to be effective, it needs to be one that can be followed consistently. The key to consistency with eating is finding foods that taste good and are easy to prepare. The ATHLEAN X-Factor meal plans and Rx supplements make it easy for you to get high quality protein and food for fueling your muscle growth. The meal plans are 90 days of complete meal options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and supplementation. If you want to get these exact eating plans that pro athletes use to perform at their best and build muscle while burning fat, be sure to head to and get your complete A-X program

Dairy and its substitutes are the worse thing for your body. Use real eggs, the ones in the carton are garbage. Oatmeal has ZERO nutrional value. Whey protein is also inferior to every other kind of protein available. Real eggs ( farm fresh) pea, rice or cacao protein, double the protein, drop the dairy. Almonds dont have titties, so there is no such thing as almond milk. Read the ingredients. If you cant pronounce it, dont ingest it. This approach will have limited benefit, as he is mostly benefitting from not eating bacon, toast, or the like. The one thing he is right about is cayenne.

The taste is unbearable, with too much sugar in it. 6 grams sugar in 19 grams ( a scoop) of powder! Read the list of ingredients before you buy. All three jars contain sucralose or Splenda, the artificial sweetener that causes gut upset. -
I am afraid to destroy a microbiome taking so much Splenda every day. Animal studies link sucralose to negative effects on the bacterial environment in the gut. I would love to buy the RX supplements from you as soon as you release an unflavored version without any artificial sweeteners and organic. The product is overpriced and has no refund.

I usually put on a gas mask everytime I fart or shid after I take upwards of 40g protein in one meal. After a quick bowel evacuation, I go in the shower, decontaminate, dry up, put on an NBC suit conveniently stashed away in a sealed case in the shower, get the geiger counter out, and if need be, an AKS-74U carbine and 8 spare mags, just in case of nasties spawning, and see if there's any leftover fallout in my neighborhood. Most of the time, the neighborhood's safe to return to after just a short period of 8 centuries.

I have enjoyed watching your videos and I am on the fence as to ordering the workout. I want to, however I work a crazy schedule and have IBS. For work I am on the road living in hotels for 30 days at time. I work 30 on and 30 off and the only gym I have access to while working is the hotel (if they have one. Second problem I am 52 and I have IBS and with the job I do (working in a plane) forces me to only eat 2 meals per day. How can I eat right with such a demanding schedule. Help

Don't reject the egg yokes; Egg whites alone are not a complete protein as only 17 percent of the protein in the egg whites is utilized resulting in 83 percent of the protein turning into glucose in the body. In whole eggs, however, a whopping 48 percent of the protein is utilized so only 52 percent of the protein is turned into glucose.

I love this video for some reason
I think because it feels like, not professional? I think that-s it. It feels comfy and homey and bro-y if that makes sense
Jeff doesn-t seem like some crazy influencer celebrity in this video he just seems like a dude in my gym or something

I clicked on this because I was curious. And then I see that you're drinking an expensive whey protein shake in the morning as if that is some huge accomplishment. Give me a break. Considering how you did it, I could just drink 3 of those shakes and add 100 grams of protein.

Although this just might be to prromote the idea that you have to take 60 grams of protein in your breakfast and you have to buy athlean x supplements to do so, but i admiy its still nice to afford throwing all that protein in
