We're in a sad state when the top 5 clients are all abysmal. Vuze: bloated pile of junk. Use only if you have a 10 000 computer and like to torture it. Tribbler: wait didn't this die yet? All users getting copyright notice scams. WebTorrent: has potential but it's a node/python app so you have only about 10% of chances you can run it yourself. Using their online service is asking for copyright notices. Deluge: not enough features, but definitely better than the next one. Qbittorrent: buggy, overhyped, written by amateurs. They create more bugs than they fix. Doesn't deserve to be on this list., even if it's super popular. They refuse to listen to the community and remove features they broke way too often.

Thanks for the video, very informative as always. Just an idea, how about the same type of video for metadata/tagging clients? Or perhaps tutorials on using Mp3Tag or MusicBrainz Pickard. There are videos out there but nothing that truley hits the spot for these applications/tools.

Something you didn't mention but for me is a big plus: Qb ties into my VPN and if the VPN goes offline then the torrents stop. Most clients will happily continue transfers in the open. This feature was the deciding factor in my choosing Qb over the others.

TechGumbo Tribler is new to me. I had never heard of it until I watched your video. Looks like a very interesting torrent client with some important caveats about its privacy features everyone who considers it should read before using.

is there any sites i can download thats like frostwire? just type in a song and go straight to downloading. i suck at these toorrents sites where i have to downlad apps for it too work.

Used utorrent and Qbit torrent on the same network and same computer. Using similar healthy torrents, Qbit torrent downloads at least 5 times faster.. I don't know why but it is true for me.

I'm not surprised that you did not mention utorrent in this video, most likely because my guess is that utorrent has problems with malware and ads and such... Hmm...

I think Transmission should be in the list. Transmission is also a powerfull bittorrent client and its also opensource. I'm using Transmission for many years
