Thank you for the video, unfortunately this didnt work for me. I am using Mac OS X Catalina and it seems as though I cant find any videos going over layer effects plugin on mac. Any thoughts or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

That's all fine and dandy for a 2004 software but in 2005 on you know..layer effects can be changed and tweaker to our liking on proper software. That sucks, i couldv done that shitty gradient on my selection of text by hand.

I have GIMP 2.8. Has anyone compared 2.8 with 2.1 with fu scripts? Which is better? I want to learn a little GIMP and Photoshop, and want a good foundation.

Still works. Thanks. I just copied it from the zip folder and pasted into where gimp/2.10 was in my directory without requiring a merge.
