1. What about info in regards to whatever you can or cant close MSi AF after applying changes? What I know on rtx cards it has to be opened and minimised.
2. What about after restarting the PC? Unless someone has set MSI AF to start when starting Windows it wont be there therefore should you not need to start it again after restarting pc?
I mean Its not a problem for me to check and sort this out but video looks like for any1 including non tech experts so maybe just give more details.

I have something to add, in Radeon Control Panel, Tessellation Mode, set it to Application Controlled, as the Radeon Driver can use a different Tessellation method that can be more accurate, but heavier in return, this setting can alleviate most Stutters in heavy Tessellation games and even some Unreal Engine 4 (Vampyr for example, this setting eliminated all Stutter that I once had). I do this since last year and it helps a lot!

can you help me i bought a second hand PC amd A8 9600, A320M motherboard. i can use other programs like adobe softwares without a Lag, but when i play some game like The forest the gameplay is laggy even if i lowered the settings, and it has a 8gb ram memory. thank you if you have some tips.

at 9:08 WRONG, set this to 0, only set to 1 on a REALLY low end PC (try both)
9:17 - WRONG, High was actually worse for me, which I wouldn't have known if I trusted these kinds of videos and just did all these all at once expecting them all to be positive

the most important tip in this vid is DISABLING ULPS. if you are experiencing games crashing, it could be you have ulps enabled.
