A) Telegram is FOSS and utilizes FOSS encryption, though it-s still not quite as proven as Signal-s Encryption.
B) Telegram does have E2EE but it-s not a default and is restricted to secret chats.
C) The Privacy/Security -Colors- at the end are an over-simplification and shouldn-t be taken too seriously. They are just representations of some pros/cons of each provider.

Telegram is atrocious, they keep the encryption keys on the server, Telegram is the way not to do encryption messages, it's a dodgy app, use Signal or Threema, wake up.
